Cockburn's Ports are carefully aged in oak casks and vats and are monitored by the tasting and winemaking team until they reach their optimum maturity. The impressive scale of Cockburn's warehouse allows it to house a large quantity of ageing Special Reserve, so that it develops its unique style and perfect balance, acquired by longer ageing in wood than any other Reserve Port.
The recent major renovation of Cockburn's has allowed the opening of a museum, two tasting rooms and the opening of its cooperage to the public, in order to provide you with an even more enriching experience.
