Are you a fan of hiking and challenges? If so, this is an experience to suit you!

The GR 50 (Grande Rota Peneda-Gerês) is one of the biggest pedestrian routes in Portugal and what makes it unique is the fact that it takes place entirely in mountainous areas.

This crossing is divided into 19 stages, but in this experience you will do only one (and it's already a good few kilometers!).

You can choose which you prefer, although we recommend the 1st stage (Ameijoeira - Castro Laboreiro) for beginners, which has 8,5 km, or the 1st and 2nd, which goes until Lamas de Mouro and has a total of 15,5 km.

Whichever stage you choose to do, the crossing is unmissable for its beauty, history and adventure, and here you will have the opportunity to discover the most hidden gems.

Deposits are non-refundable. To get a refund, you must cancel at least 48 hours before your experience start time. If you cancel less than 48 hours before the start time of the experience, the amount paid will not be refunded. Any changes made less than 48 hours before the start time of the experience will not be accepted. Cut-off times are based on the experience's local time. This experience requires a minimum number of travelers. If canceled because the minimum has not been met, you will receive a different date/experience or a full refund.
