Deposits are non-refundable. To get a refund, you must cancel at least 48 hours before your experience start time. If you cancel less than 48 hours before the start time of the experience, the amount paid will not be refunded. Any changes made less than 48 hours before the start time of the experience will not be accepted. Cut-off times are based on the experience's local time.
