Day 2 - Visit the highlights of Lisbon

In the morning, after breakfast, meet our guide that will pick you up from the hotel and show you to Lisbon, the capital of Portugal. The tour will start at Avenida da Liberdade, one of the city's main streets which, in monarchical times, the nobility and the royal family strolled and exhibited to the people. Then we will head for the Parque Eduardo VII, the largest park in central Lisbon, to enjoy the views over the city. This name was given in 1903 in honour of the English King Edward VII, who visited the Portuguese capital to reaffirm the alliance between the two countries. Next, we will visit some of Lisbon's most typical and picturesque neighbourhoods, such as Alfama and Bairro Alto, where traditions are still preserved, reflecting the mixture of people from different cultures and beliefs over the centuries. We will finish our visit in Praça do Comércio, one of the largest squares in Europe and home to some government institutions. From here you can enjoy the breathtaking views of the Tagus River and contemplate the bustle of the city, which merge into a harmonious landscape.
Accommodation: 4-star hotel in Lisbon.

Day 3 - Be charmed by Sintra and Cascais

Day 3 - Be charmed by Sintra and Cascais

After a delicious breakfast at the hotel, a private transfer will take you to discover the wonders of Sintra and Cascais.
Just 30 km from Lisbon, Sintra feels like it was taken straight out of a fairy tale. Its mild climate, lush vegetation, and mystical atmosphere make this town a deeply romantic and inspiring destination. In the morning, you’ll have the chance to explore one of its most iconic landmarks — the choice is yours! Whether you visit the National Palace of Sintra, the majestic Pena Palace, the enigmatic Moorish Castle, or the fascinating Quinta da Regaleira, each offers a truly unique experience (note: these monuments are closed on December 24 and 25, January 1, and Easter Sunday).
The journey continues with a stop at Cabo da Roca, the westernmost point of mainland Europe, where “the land ends and the sea begins.” Get ready for breathtaking views over the vast Atlantic Ocean.
In the afternoon, you’ll visit Cascais, a charming fishing village dating back to the 12th century that still retains its historic charm and sophisticated coastal ambiance.
The return to Lisbon will be along the stunning coastal road, passing through Estoril, where you can admire the beautiful beaches and elegant seaside architecture.
Accommodation: 4-star hotel in Lisbon.

Day 4 - Sesimbra and its magnificent landscapes

Day 4 - Sesimbra and its magnificent landscapes

After breakfast, check-out and drive towards Évora where you will stay for 2 nights with breakfast included in a 4* central located hotel.
First stop will be at the impressive Espichel Cape (Cabo Espichel). It is the westernmost point of the Arrabida Mountain where we can find frighteningly tall cliffs. There are a few constructions here, mainly built in the 1700s and related with an old story that dates back to the 1200s: a church flanked by two arms of pilgrims’ lodges, a lighthouse, a chapel, and an aqueduct.
Then it is time to explore the fishing town of Sesimbra! Originally from the 12th century, it is now famous for fresh fish and wonderful beaches. Here we will visit a medieval and well protected Moorish Castle that stands in a dominant position overlooking a cliff, and it offers the best view of the village and the Atlantic Ocean. It’s lunchtime and we recommend that you enjoy the best fresh seafood that Sesimbra has to offer.
After lunch, we will cross the astonishing Arrabida Mountain, known as the blue coast. This is a protected area (Arrabida Natural Park) with many Mediterranean plants, from olives, pistachios, and strawberries, to lavender, thyme, and chamomile.
At the end of the day, we will visit a small family-owned local cellar in the middle of the peaceful Arrabida Mountain, and learn more about this precious nectar and this stunning area. Enjoy the vineyards, the beautiful landscapes, relax  and of course taste some local wine.
Accommodation: 4-star hotel in Évora.

Day 5 - A place with over a thousand years of History called Évora

Day 5 - A place with over a thousand years of History called Évora

In the morning, after breakfast, we will pick you to a tour that invites you to know Évora, classified by UNESCO as a World Heritage City, due to its excellent preservation over the centuries.
Go for a guided walking tour in its historical center and "feel" the atmosphere of this town. After reaching the walled city you'll see the enigmatic church of St. Francis and its Chapel of the Bones. Continuing up the narrow streets of the old town you'll find the Giraldo square where the Inquisition once had its headquarters. You will also have time to explore the millennium-old Roman Temple and have a glimpse at the 12th-century cathedral. During a short visit to the century-old university courtyard, you will understand why was Évora once the second most important city in Portugal.
In the afternoon, you will visit a winery and get to know its facilities and manufacturing process with wine tasting.
Accommodation: 4-star hotel in Évora.
