Pick-up or drop-off: €20.00

Pick-up + drop-off: €30.00

**Pick-ups and drop-offs are subject to traffic rules and road restrictions, as some areas in the city center are exclusive to residents.

• Maximum 6 people per vehicle. Reservations for a maximum of 24 people (4 EcoTuks).
• Average weight of 80kg per passenger.
• Children up to 6 years of age (inclusive) cannot ride.
• All reservations can be rescheduled/refunded/cancelled free of charge up to 24 hours before booking. After this limit the reservation will be charged at 100%.

Deposits are non-refundable. To get a refund, you must cancel at least 48 hours before your experience start time. If you cancel less than 48 hours before the start time of the experience, the amount paid will not be refunded. Any changes made less than 48 hours before the start time of the experience will not be accepted. Cut-off times are based on the experience's local time. This experience requires a minimum number of travelers. If canceled because the minimum has not been met, you will receive a different date/experience or a full refund.
