All participants must be a minimum height of 1.5 meters (4.9 feet) and a maximum height of 118 kg. Height is a mandatory requirement.
All reservations can be rescheduled/refunded/cancelled free of charge up to 24 hours before the activity. After that, all reservations will be charged in full at 100%

Deposits are non-refundable. To get a refund, you must cancel at least 48 hours before your experience start time. If you cancel less than 48 hours before the start time of the experience, the amount paid will not be refunded. Any changes made less than 48 hours before the start time of the experience will not be accepted. Cut-off times are based on the experience's local time. This experience requires a minimum number of travelers. If canceled because the minimum has not been met, you will receive a different date/experience or a full refund.
