GoCar Conditions:

• Maximum 2 people per car. Maximum reservation 12 people (6 Gocars).
• It is mandatory to present a valid driving license (original, copies will not be accepted).
• Deposit of €100.00 in cash or credit card.
• All reservations can be canceled free of charge up to 24 hours in advance.
• All customers who have made a reservation must check-in 15 minutes before the start of the tour.
• Segway Conditions:
• Minimum weight of 45 kg and maximum weight of 118 kg, minimum height of 1.35 m.
• Mandatory use of safety helmet.
• Use by pregnant women is not permitted.
• Not recommended for people with physical or mental disabilities or people with prostheses.
• Forbidden to drunk people.
• Use the Segway responsibly, following road and traffic rules.
• Changes, cancellations and refunds will only be accepted up to 24 hours before the activity.

Deposits are non-refundable. To get a refund, you must cancel at least 48 hours before your experience start time. If you cancel less than 48 hours before the start time of the experience, the amount paid will not be refunded. Any changes made less than 48 hours before the start time of the experience will not be accepted. Cut-off times are based on the experience's local time. This experience requires a minimum number of travelers. If canceled because the minimum has not been met, you will receive a different date/experience or a full refund.
